Abstract
We present the case of a patient with a large coronary fistula.Coronarography of the patient admitted to the Cardiology Department with STE‑ACS revealed a large fistula from the circumflex branch of the left coronary artery to the right atrium. The patient underwent success ful percutaneous embolisation with three vascular coils. Currently he is under close ambulatory observation
